Terms and Conditions

RENTAL TERMS AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

1.) The rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition.

2.) RENTER must call if any problems arise with equipment, please do not try to fix it yourself!

3.) The RENTER is responsible to pay in full for any damage to equipment including labor (this also includes tires and tracks). 

4.) The equipment is to be returned with a FULL TANK of diesel (if applicable). Card on file will be charged current gas pump rates for any fills/partial fills.

5.) Renter assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons/animals or damages to property and agrees to release RENTEE harmless, for any and all claims of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody.

6.) RENTER agrees to return equipment cleaned. Cleaning charge of 50.00 will be applied if returned dirty.

7.) RENTER agrees if transporting equipment to provide adequate towing capability, braking ability, tail light connection, correct hitch and ball size and perform correct securement of equipment on trailer while in tow.

8.) NO refunds given for early return of equipment once already paid and agreed upon.

9.) NO refunds given if RENTER cancels less than 48 hours prior to rental date.

10.) Rental equipment returned more than one hour after it is due back, an additional day rental will be charged.
